"During a heavy rainstorm, a storm drain in the street became completely clogged, causing flooding. Michele, an older neighbor, went out in the rain and began clearing the drain to prevent water from rising and potentially damaging nearby cars and homes. I recorded part of the moment at her request for proof, and also assisted while she worked.
