"While celebrating my birthday in Bali, my boyfriend surprised me with a safari day since he knows how much I love animals. On our last day, my friends and I visited a mini zoo where I came face-to-face with a massive fruit bat. I was definitely nervous at first, but I pushed myself to face the fear. Once I built up the courage, I actually got to hold him. His claws were incredibly sharp, and even though he felt surprisingly light, you could feel his strength in every movement.
