"I was driving northbound on 31 in Muskegon, Michigan at 2pm while I was out delivering parts for my business I started seeing this guy for like a mile dodging traffic in the southbound lane and finally decided to pick my phone up and film in case something happened and then he slammed into a 77 year old guy just as I zoomed in on him. The driver of the wrong-way vehicle, 36-year-old Michael Burt of Whitehall, was arrested, according to Michigan State Police. On Tuesday, Burt was arraigned on a charge of misdemeanor operating while intoxicated – second offense.
The driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash, a 77-year-old man from Muskegon, reported no injuries at the time of the crash.
