"This video was recorded on Camarones Beach, located in the Cinco de Dicembre neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The fires and violence started around 8:30 am Central time. The first fire was caused by a bus being set on fire in the Zona Romantica neighborhood. The fires and smoke soon engulfed the area of the Malecon. Then it quickly spread throughout the area. Explosions could be heard one after another and then the fires were able to be seen everywhere. Reports from our neighbors said they could see motorcycles driving throughout the city collecting gas from the gas stations in containers and then the perpetrators were seen stopping vehicles, yanking the drivers out by gunpoint."
