"Aussie is about 15 months old now, so still a puppy. We recently adopted a wild horse from the Canyon City holding facility in Colorado. She was rounded up from the HMA Sandwash Basin last June or July. We adopted her about three months later sight unseen and it was very obvious she was pregnant. She then gave birth to this filly on November 6th. They live out on a large pasture so we bring in grass for them, especially in the winter months, which is when she got brave and walked right up to Oakley and he licked her on her face."
