"This is the unusual moment a sea lion blocked a road during a rainstorm in Washington. Footage shows the marine mammal lounging on the wet lane, seemingly unaware of the police officers inside the vehicle in front of it. The Cosmopolis Police Department jokingly said: "Please use caution on Blue Slough Road, in addition to water over the roadway, a large friend is hanging out in the roadway. Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife has been advised."
