Is this where turkey bacon comes from?

"For the last 10 years or so, I have been wrapping my Thanksgiving turkey in bacon. I make a bacon butter in the food processor by adding a pound of bacon and a pound of butter and add sage, thyme and rosemary. After I make the butter, I put it between the skin and meat and all over the outside of the bird and wrap it in 3 pounds of bacon. With the leftover bacon butter, I melt it down, strain it and then inject that into the bird. Then wrap it in foil and cook it on my smoker to 165 degrees. It is the most amazing turkey I have ever had." Credit: Tony Szak
