"My wife, our friend, and I went out looking for a pod of orca we knew were in the area. We found them actively hunting something only to figure out they had cornered a harbor seal and were using it to teach the calf in the pod how to hunt. The seal sees the boat and rushes to hop on as the pod closes in. The seal waited on the boat for almost an hour before slipping back in the water unharmed." Credit: Smith Siromaskul
