"This is a local bridge in Marysville, California that the big trucks keep hitting. It happens about twice a month at least. It’s happened again since the video was posted as well, just not of this magnitude. The bridge says 13 foot ten inches."

Truck drivers are taught in drivers safety to drive through if they are able. The recovery cost and damage for a tow is much less than for a winch out.
