"Shocking footage from the 7th Ave B/Q subway line in Brooklyn, New York, shows the station completely overwhelmed by floodwaters during a severe storm. Water was leaking from the walls and rushing down the stairs, pooling across the platform and tracks. Passengers climbed onto railings to avoid touching the filthy water, while others wrapped plastic bags around their feet just to walk through the station."
