"I was driving down Maligne Lake Road for sunrise, cruising slowly looking for wildlife, when a majestic moose came walking towards us. He came swiftly and unexpectedly over to my SUV and before I even had a chance to roll up the windows (also didn't want to startle him), he started licking the vehicle (likely for salt), and even stuck his head in the vehicle! You can see my husband Matt's priceless reaction at the end.

I am from Canada but live in South Africa and own a business (Adventurelust) hosting and organizing safaris, so we are used to elephants, lions, and more walking by open safari vehicles.
