"I was at a new Tex-Mex restaurant with my family and they brought our food with the typical “careful it’s a hot plate” line. It made me think “hey, wouldn’t it be funny if we made a video where they did that, except the plate was so hot it melted through the table?” And thus the idea was born. Then after months of prep and gathering resources we shot and posted the video, and to my enjoyment it went viral."
