"I was waiting in line outside The Monterey Fish Company fish market on wharf in Monterey, California. I captured this caper during the pandemic when they limited how many people could go into the shop. While waiting my turn, the seagull saunters over, set his eye on the prize, moved in and uh-oh! I caught a criminal in the act!! In the end, the bird got a free lunch!"
