"Video shows onboard footage from a dashcam capturing a vehicle traveling much faster than surrounding traffic. Said vehicle ends up colliding with another vehicle attempting a lane change (presumably because the latter did not expect them to be passing on their right and so quickly). The accident sequence culminates in the first vehicle seemingly ramming them into the freeway divider, after which both vehicles come to a stop."
