"This video was recorded on a rural country road in the Cotswolds in Oxfordshire, England, on Monday (Not far from Jeremy Clarkson's Farm). They were not off for a hunt (hunting is also illegal in England). There was approx. 100 Foxhounds (this is the breed)."
