A javelin thrower launches a medicine ball.

"I threw my overhead PB with a 2kg med ball. That’s my special strength exercise that shocks people for the elasticity and power delivery. I’ve trained that for years as a professional javelin thrower from Finland. Also the association to soccer, basketball etc. interests people. Currently, I am preparing for the Paris Olympics, and this is one of the main exercises I do here in my SA training camp."
