"This sleepy sea otter is wrapped in a seaweed blanket so he won’t float away. Watch him wake up in the cutest way, stretching his arms and rubbing his eyes. He wiggles and twists around. But he’s not ready to wake up so he goes back to sleep. This is a wild southern sea otter (Enhydra lutris nereis) and he lives in Morro Bay, CA."
