"Charlie is a Basset Hound Puppy (3.5 months at the time of this video). He has very long ears that he continually steps on, trips over, and chews on. When he drinks water, they dip in his water bowl and get soaking wet. When he eats, he will often accidentally bite them while trying to get the food. Our solution for the eat and drink issue is we tie his ears up in a hair scrunchy. This keeps them out of the way so he can eat and drink without making a mess or biting his ears. He doesn’t mind. He’s much more concerned with mealtime than anything else."
