"It was Thursday, January 25, 2024, on the Des Laurentides Highway, north of Montéal in Canada. It was specifically on Highway 15 south at Mirabel. That morning, it was only -2 degrees, and there was freezing rain. I met this reckless driver who had not put up his roof, only the driver’s side window that was lifted. He was driving with a hooded coat and ski goggles. And there were no license plates on the vehicle."
