"My rescue squirrel, Fern, relaxing in her nap bucket while chewing a stick. Fern fell out of her nest during a storm when she was 4 weeks old. Her mother never came back for her. She was injured so I rehabbed her and took care of her as her mama. Her injury makes her non-releasable so she is a part of the family! She is now 2 years old and very loved and spoiled."
