"My daughter and I were going out to shovel the driveway after a big snow storm in Northern Illinois on 11/29/25. We just bought this house a couple weeks ago and this is our first time clearing snow. Our last driveway was narrow and if you couldn’t see the one edge well enough, you could easily go off the side of it. Not a big fall, but enough to get stuck. Plus most small cars would scrape at the bottom too. We were all excited to have a 'normal' driveway! So once I asked her “Still liked this new driveway?” while shoveling it, and she responded with “at least I don’t have to worry about falling off of it”… she fell on it instead. Shovel to chin.
