A truck driving sideways clearly needs an alignment.

"I was commuting to work on the I-405 S when I noticed this weirdly aligned truck driving down the road. I took out my phone to capture a video and commented on what was happening in an incredulous tone. After the video ended, I changed lanes and passed in front of the truck, so I did not see it any more."
