"My name is Matthew Owens. I live in Gloucester, VA. Once the dumpster was empty, there was no way the Raccoon can get out. I have helped many other animals in the past stuck in places. I knew he needed a way to walk out so it dawned on me to place a picket in the dumpster. He then walked right on out and free he was."
