"A gold BMW SUV with no plates backed into me multiple times, I followed them into a parking lot, they got out and yelled at me, acting like they were hurt, claiming I damaged their vehicle, and then noticed my dash cam and left the scene. They sped off and ran two red lights before getting on the freeway."
