"After bringing our cat Pi to the vet for a regular checkup, they mentioned she was a bit overweight (5kg at the time) and would be healthier if closer to 4kg. After a few months putting her on a diet and giving her lots of extra exercise, we started weighing her weekly. We were eventually able to train her to weigh herself by telling her 'go weigh yourself' in English or Korean. She will run to the bathroom scale, wait for us to turn it on and then weigh herself. She's extremely vocal, so the entire time she runs to the scale she's happily meowing and knows what she has to do."
