"I heard something knock on my front door on 5/5 around noon, looked out the window, and saw a fledgling mourning dove on my welcome mat. I pulled out my phone and opened the door while recording. I was going to move the little dude to some place less exposed, but it 'flew' away and knocked into my garage. The fledgling stayed at the corner of the garage for a couple of hours, and I saw mom and dad taking care of it before it left. I'm assuming it's perfectly fine and has built up its wing strength since then."
