"A man set up an incredible fitness challenge using only a thin steel pipe and two plastic chairs. The pipe had a diameter of just 2 centimeters, which he placed across the chairs. He then stood on a chair and carefully placed a finger ab wheel on the narrow pipe. With immense control, he leaned forward, allowing the wheel to roll along the pipe as his body slowly descended from a standing position into a horizontal hold. He then performed the move in reverse, carefully pulling the wheel back to return to a standing stance. He successfully completed this test of extreme balance and core strength without falling. This footage was filmed by Mr. Lin in Jinhua, Zhejiang, at 7:12, on October 18, 2025."
